This was todays dinner, and one of the favorites of my children. They just love it for its simple and uncomplicated taste. It is mild and very tasty and healthy. Almost every mother in Norway has her own private recpie of this meatball dish.
The meatballs are made of some fatfree ground beef with freshly grinded salt and blackpepper and a little nutmeg. The gravey is made of plane flour, butter and milk and some brown goatcheese. Which makes ALL the difference!
